Transforming Distribution Networks into Data-Intelligent, Efficient, and Resilient Operations
I am Itua Austin Omogiate, a supply chain and retail operations expert focused on solving a critical business challenge: how organizations can use data, technology, and process improvement to build more efficient distribution networks, optimize inventory and fulfillment, and improve retail performance.
Over the course of my career, I have led and supported commercial strategy, retail distribution, digital transformation, workforce capability, and operational improvement initiatives across large-scale consumer packaged goods operations. My experience includes supporting a $135 million retail distribution business, developing process-improvement initiatives for more than 650 sales and warehouse personnel, and helping organizations translate operational strategy into measurable results.
My work sits at the intersection of supply chain transformation, retail operations, data analytics, digital systems, and process improvement, helping organizations convert operational data into better decisions, stronger distribution performance, and sustainable business growth.
Building Smarter Distribution Systems Through Data, Technology, and Operational Excellence
My career has been defined by an interest in solving complex operational and commercial challenges through analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and practical execution.
I am currently pursuing a combined Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Information Systems (MIS) at Baylor University, where I am strengthening my expertise at the intersection of business strategy, technology, information systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, providing the analytical and systems-thinking foundation that continues to shape my approach to operational transformation.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked across consumer-packaged goods, retail distribution, commercial operations, digital transformation, market research, and monitoring and evaluation.
At Multipro Consumer Products Limited, a consumer packaged goods and retail distribution company with annual revenue exceeding $5.2 billion, I progressed from Salesforce Administrator to Regional Training Manager. My responsibilities included distribution expansion, digital platform adoption, inventory and logistics optimization, process improvement, performance analytics, and workforce capability development.
My earlier experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Kids and Teens Resource Center also strengthened my ability to use data and measurable outcomes to support organizational and community programs.
What distinguishes my work is my ability to connect data, operational strategy, technology, and people, ensuring that transformation initiatives move beyond strategy and generate measurable operational results.

Creating Measurable Change Across Distribution and Retail Operations
My work has delivered measurable outcomes across retail distribution, supply-chain operations, digital transformation, workforce capability, and business-process improvement.
My Signature Contribution to Data-Driven Supply Chain & Retail Operations Transformation
DISTRIXA™ is a proprietary operational transformation framework I developed to help retail, consumer goods, wholesale, logistics, and distribution organizations systematically improve distribution intelligence, inventory efficiency, digital visibility, and retail execution.
DISTRIXA™ was developed from my experience working across large-scale retail distribution, digital platform implementation, inventory and logistics management, performance analytics, market expansion, and business-process improvement.
The framework addresses a critical operational challenge: organizations invest significantly in supply-chain technologies, distribution infrastructure, analytics, and process improvement, yet many struggle to translate these investments into integrated operational visibility, efficient fulfillment, and measurable commercial performance. DISTRIXA™ provides a structured solution by integrating four critical dimensions of supply and retail transformation:
Distribute
Using demand, customer, territory, and distributor intelligence to strengthen market coverage and distribution performance.
Optimize
Improving inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, and resource efficiency through measurable operational intelligence.
Integrate
Connecting digital systems, operational data, dashboards, and teams to create stronger visibility and faster decision-making.
Execute
Translating supply-chain performance into stronger retail execution, customer retention, distributor performance, and commercial outcomes.
Why DISTRIXA™ matters
DISTRIXA™ transforms distribution improvement from a collection of isolated initiatives into a measurable operational transformation system capable of connecting data, technology, inventory, distribution, and commercial execution.
Through proprietary diagnostic mechanisms including the Distribution Intelligence Index (DII™), Fulfillment Efficiency Matrix (FEM™), Operational Visibility & Adoption Score (OVAS™), and Retail Execution Performance Index (REPI™), organizations can identify operational weaknesses and establish structured transformation priorities.
The framework is applicable across
- Consumer Packaged Goods Organizations
- Retail Organizations
- Wholesale Distribution Networks
- Manufacturing Companies
- Logistics Organizations
- Multi-Location Distribution Operations
